This measure tracks the number of owner-occupied single-family homes rehabilitated to evaluate the department’s effectiveness in improving housing conditions for eligible residents. Monitoring completions supports compliance with federal housing standards, ensures proper allocation of grant funding, and aligns with strategic objectives related to neighborhood stabilization and housing quality. During the month of February, no rehabilitation projects were completed under the Single Family Rehabilitation Program.
